Why can't a user see any menus in the Application Explorer?

If no menu profile is assigned to the user, they won�t see any menus in the Application Explorer. Assigning at least one profile is required for visibility.


Can a user have access to multiple menu profiles?

Yes. Users can be assigned to more than one menu profile. All menus from the assigned profiles will be consolidated and shown to the user.


Should menu profiles be role-based?
